Romonda Taylor is the Owner/General Manager of SERVPRO of Citrus County and oversees all things production related. He has over 18 years experience in the restoration industry and has the following certification from the Institute of Inpection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning Technician and Mold Remediator.
Debra Taylor
Debra Taylor is the Owner/Executive Administrator at SERVPRO of Citrus County. She has several years of customer service, phone, accounting and management experience and is actively involved in the day-today operation of the office.
Dorian Taylor
Dorian Taylor is our Crew Chief and also happens to be the owner's oldest son. He has been "on the truck" from day one and has been the "clutch hitter" on multiple occasions. He has supported and been a part of the ongoing growth of the company with his knowledge, experience and ability to lead the crew(s) on projects large and small.
Angela Pearson
Angela is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Citrus County and brings a variety of experience and support to the business. Not only does she have a great deal of industry knowledge, but also has the phone and customer service etiquette that helps our customers in times of extreme duress. If we could clone her, we would have one of her in every department!
Destiny Taylor
Destiny Taylor is the Marketing Support Coordinator at SERVPRO of Citrus County. She has officially worked for SERVPRO of Citrus County for 3 years, but her knowledge of the business goes back to when she was just 5 years old. She too is a child of Romonda and Debra Taylor and handles most of the background support that customers may not see.
